  A terrible place to eat. I would give them zero star if there would be any option. We ordered for spaghetti and there was very little amount left. So the guy who served us promised to make some more after requesting. He told it will take about 15 mins, so we decided to come back after 15-20 mins. When we arrived the woman with full of attitude just tells us they don't have any spaghetti left and stood there. We told her that the person told us to come back after 15 mins. But with no apology she says I am the manager and he did it 'BEHIND ME'. I am not sure what was she blaming the guy for. Any way she did not offer any other food, refund or anything. She just stood there and giving us the look that it is our fault. A terrible manager and she should not be working there to take this business down the gutter with poor customer service. As long as this stupid manager ( women with tattoo star in her hand) will be working there we will never visit Sbarro and ask our friends and family to avoid it. Also, the person who made her manager needs to be fired from Sbarro.
